In total, there are 295 apartments of which 265 are 1-bedroom and 30 are two-bedrooms. The majority have twin beds and some double beds. Horizontally distributed in gardened areas, the apartments are cozy and equipped with fan, Sat-TV and telephone, safe, bathroom, kitchenette-lounge with complete household items, fridge, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee maker, kettle and sofa bed for the third person.
